The business was started in 2003 by Bob White and Vince Holley, who for the previous 6 years had worked as trainers with Lantra, the Sector Skills Council for the Environmental and Land-based Sector. At Lantra they were responsible for sales, design and delivery of a variety of Training Programmes.

We established the business with the help of existing and new customers in different sectors throughout the UK and now work with 4 Associate Trainers. We offer a range of Train the Trainer, Management, Supervision and Personal Development courses.

AtLast! continue to deliver train the trainer events on behalf of Lantra Awards and run a number of Open Courses based at Lantra House, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.

However the majority of our work is now in designing and delivering bespoke Training Packages to businesses all around the UK.

Typically AtLast! work with groups of up to 10, but we are able to accommodate much larger audiences if required and have facilitated conferences with over 100 attendees. Equally, if one-to-one training is more relevant to your needs, we will be happy to arrange it.

Institute of Leadership and Management

AtLast! also have the option of linking training events to Institute of Leadership and Management accredited qualifications at Levels 2 – 5 working in partnership with Glen Training Ltd, an ilm accredited centre.

This adds credibility and value to the training, for both the trainee and the business and more than 70 candidates have successfully completed their qualification in the last year. If you would like more details of this option, please get in touch.
