INTRODUCING AtLast!

AtLast! Training Ltd was formed in 2003 by Bob White, who for the previous 6 years had worked as a trainer with Lantra, the Sector Skills Council for the Environmental and Land-based Sector. At Lantra he was responsible for sales, design and delivery of a variety of Training Programmes.

Vince Holley, another former Lantra trainer, worked with Bob to establish the business with the help of existing and new customers in different sectors throughout the UK. They now work with 4 Associate Trainers and 2 part time admin staff and are able to offer training in the following areas:

Management
Supervisory Skills
Customer Service
Personal Development

AtLast! have continued to deliver Train The Trainer events on behalf of Lantra Awards, and run a number of Open Courses, based at Lantra House, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.

However, the majority of their work is now in designing and delivering bespoke Training Packages to businesses all around the UK.

Typically AtLast! work with groups of up to 12, but are happy to accommodate much larger audiences if required. Equally, if training on a one-to-one basis is more relevant to your needs, our trainers have experience of this and will be happy to arrange it.

AtLast! also have the option of linking training to the Institute of Leadership and Management, through ILM Endorsed and Development Awards courses. This option adds value to the course, without restricting the course objectives to a pre-set formula.
